Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic, who is on loan from Real Madrid, has confirmed that he is open to making his move permanent with the Blues. The Croat, however, did mention that he has a lot of respect for the Galacticos and will, for now, just respect the loan contract as is.

“I need to respect my previous club, Real Madrid,” Kovacic said.
“I can imagine myself staying here, but I have a contract I need to respect, and that is what I will do.”
Meanwhile, according to reports, Chelsea might have to let go of one of their young stars if they are to sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund. The American has been attracting the interest of Chelsea and the Blues are said to be making way for a deal in January.
However, Dortmund want Chelsea’s highly-rated Callum Hudson-Odoi in exchange for Pulisic.
