#3 Pochettino on January window
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has stated that it is pointless for the club to think about signing players because there is no space left in the squad. Despite the fact that Tottenham didn’t sign a single player in January, they still need to sell some players before they can buy again.
Jack Grealish is a name constantly linked to the North London outfit but Pochettino refused to add anything more to it and stated that it is “impossible” to sign players if there is no space in the squad.
“Look, I think there were plenty of players linked with Tottenham, not only last summer but in the previous season. You know it's difficult to talk about rumours, about names,” he said.
“We'll see what happens in January. We have a full squad, we have 28 in the squad. It's impossible to sign players if we don't have the space. We don't have enough space at the moment. I think it makes no sense now to talk about signing players."
