Mauricio Pochettino has reiterated his commitment to Tottenham. The Argentine had been linked with a move to Manchester United to take over from Jose Mourinho at the Old Trafford but the former Espanyol boss has quashed those stories.
He stated that he doesn’t listen to the whispers in the air and empathized on the importance of feeling at home.
“I don’t need to listen about what goes around. The most important thing is how you are made to feel in your home,” Pochettino said.
Meanwhile, Elseid Hysaj’s agent has refused to rule out a move to Chelsea for his client. The Blues had been linked with the player in the summer and with Hysaj’s stock going down at Naples, he could be open to a move.
“I can’t rule out resuming negotiations with Chelsea in January. We know there was contact in the summer because Sarri wanted him, and we also know that Zappacosta is not to the liking of the coach. We’ll see how it goes, anything could happen,” Mario Giuffredi, Hysaj’s agent, said.
