#5 PL duo move for Defour

According to Nieuwsblad, Steve Defour is on the radar of West Ham and Everton. The Belgian is apparently quicker than expected from his knee surgery. He has a contract with Burnley till 2019 and the club have the option to extend should they stay in the PL— which is definitely going to happen.

Meanwhile, Claretandhugh state that their sources have informed them about West Ham’s interest of Jonny Evans, who has a £3 million relegation release clause and is attracting interest from a lot of Premier League outfits.

#4 Chelsea

Over in London, Chelsea are said to be interested in bringing Juventus’ Max Allegri, report Calciomercato via Corriere dello Sport, as the Juve boss also wants three of his current players – Miralem Pjanic, Rodrigo Bentacur, and Federico Bernardeschi – to join him at the Bridge.

It seems as though a lot of clubs are interested in Daniel Wass of Celta Vigo as three Premier League clubs – Leicester City, Swansea and Crystal Palace – are competing against each other for his signature, say The Sun.

Things are going great for Liverpool after they trumped Manchester City 3-0 at Anfield, but it might be short-lived as Mohamed Salah is being linked to a move to Real Madrid by Don Balon in exchange of an injury-prone nearing-30 Gareth Bale. Klopp is also apparently open to the idea.

Meanwhile, another Monaco player has caught the attention of Liverpool as 17-year-old Christian Koffi is being eyed by the Kops, say L’Equipe. His contract ends on the 30th of June and he has been labeled as the next Sadio Mane.

Having a hard time at Barca

This rumour from Don Balon is quite unrealistic – what else to expect anyway? – as they claim that Barcelona have a strong offer from Arsenal for Ousmane Dembele. They are, however, unwilling to let him go after paying so much money for him last summer.

Meanwhile, folks at Gazzetta Dello Sport state that Greek defender with an impossibly difficult name – Sokratis Papastathopoulos – is a target for Arsenal as they seek to improve their backline. Manchester United have also been credited with an interest.

Don Balon are all over today as they not only repeat their claim of Luka Modric leaving if Real Madrid win the Champions League but also add that Toni Kroos has an offer from Manchester United and is “very serious about accepting it.”

Meanwhile, in another report from the same outlet, they play the same record in reporting that Neymar doesn’t want to wait till 2019 to leave Paris Saint-Germain and has offers from both Manchester United and Manchester City and will accept one of them in the summer should Real Madrid not act in time.
