Eden Hazard might finally join Real Madrid

Eden Hazard has been linked with Real Madrid for a long time now and it might finally reach a conclusion in the summer of 2019 as the superstar himself claimed that he has made a decision.

And now, reports from Spain claim that Real Madrid have already closed the deal ahead of the Clasico to bring the former Lille star. As of now, the hunt for a new house for the Belgian is on the go.

Meanwhile, Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is currently at AC Milan as he is spending a season with the San Siro outfit on loan. And now it seems as though that could change as, according to reports, the Italian outfit have taken the decision to make his move permanent by exercising the buy-out clause in the summer.
