#3 Real Madrid begin phase two of sales
Real Madrid have been one of the busiest clubs in the summer transfer window so far. The Galacticos have not only made some significant signings but have also sold some talented players to balance the books.
The likes of Marcos Llorente, Theo Hernandez, and Mateo Kovacic have been let go by the Merengues. But it seems as though they are far from being done in terms of departures.
According to AS, Madrid’s phase two of departures begins now as the Galacticos would like to sell some big names in order to facilitate a move for Paul Pogba. Dani Ceballos, Gareth Bale, and Mariano Diaz are the names linked with a move to the Premier League but it seems as though the latter two don’t want to leave the Bernabeu.
Bale is determined to stay at the Bernabeu and so is Mariano Diaz. The Welshman’s high salary is also putting off potential buyers. Manchester United have been linked with the former Tottenham player in the past.
