Cristiano Ronaldo rejects Manchester United
When Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United in 2009, the fans were very upset as they had lost the best player in the world at that point in time. The Portuguese was the crown jewel of the team and some of the fans had hoped that he would return someday.

And he has been linked with a move back ever since. Indeed, Ronaldo moving to Juventus in itself was a shock as a return to Manchester United seemed more plausible.
However, it seems as though the Portuguese doesn’t want to go back. According to reports, Cristiano Ronaldo has rejected the chance to go back to Old Trafford.
United actually offered him €4 million more in wages but he refused it because they are not in the Champions League next season. PSG are also said to be interested in signing him.
