Today seems to be a rather active day for the Lilywhites in the transfer rumour mill as there has been some progression regarding the two players they have been linked with.

According to report from Le10Sport, Spurs are ready to up the game to bring Tanguy Ndombele, linked to United as well, to the club. Tottenham have already seen their first bid rejected for the midfielder as Lyon want around €80 million for him.

The report also adds that Lyon want to sell him before June ends, which means that the talks will advance in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, according to Mirror, Betis star Giovanni Lo Celso is pushing for a deal to Spurs. The representatives of the player are convinced that Betis will let him leave should they receive £70 million for the Argentine.

Spurs have seen their first bid worth £62 million rejected for the midfielder.
