Former England international Danny Mills has claimed that West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is a very talented player that has the ability to play for almost any club.

The England midfielder has been linked with many teams and according to Mills, while he has a lot of room for improvement as a player, as he is yet to play in the Champions League, he has no doubt about the ability that he possesses.

“He is a fabulous talent with a massive future ahead of him,” Mills said. “He is young and still has a lot to learn, as he’s not played Champions League football or much international football.

“He has to go through that learning process, but I’ve no doubt about him in the slightest. He’d be the perfect signing for so many clubs looking at a getting a midfielder this summer.”
