The want for Gareth Bale
Gareth Bale might just have made his last match-day squad for Real Madrid as the Galacticos lost their last game of the season at home to Real Betis. It has been a season to forget for both Bale and the Galacticos and it is very likely that the former Spurs star will be released by the Blancos.
And according to The Times, Manchester United could sign the Welshman for a bargain fee. Indeed, the report claims that the Blancos are willing to let him go for free if any club is willing to cover his mammoth wages of £13 million-per-year.
Meanwhile, according to reports from Spain, Real Madrid have received an offer worth €100 million for the former Spurs star from Arsenal. However, the Welshman is not keen on the idea of joining Spurs’ archrival, which is why he has rejected the chance.
