Christian Eriksen is yet to sign an extension with Tottenham Hotspur as his contract is set to expire in 2020. Amid all this, he has been linked with both Real Madrid and Barcelona.

When asked about whether Pochettino would freeze him out of the team, he said that he isn’t aware of it.

‘You must ask the coach about that. I do not know about that,’ he said.

He then revealed that his agent is the one taking care of those non-football details as he is only focused on the sport. He also added that talks had been conducted with the Lilywhites but he is not sure if they are over.

‘I have my agent to take care of everything so I can focus on playing. We will see where it all ends.
