And the rumour of the day is about Ousmane Dembele and his alleged links to the Premier League.

According to Don Balon, Ousmane Dembele could be a part of a “galactic exchange” involving one of the stars of the Premier League. The report states that Barcelona wish to use their £135 million signing in a swap deal with Spurs in order to bring Christian Eriksen to the Camp Nou.

However, Ousmane Dembele’s agent, who is named Moussa Sissoko (no, not the Spurs player), has claimed that Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde loves him and so does club director Eric Abidal.

“There is no doubt about his future, at all, Ousmane continues to work, he is in a big club and [Ernesto] Valverde loves him, and he is also in the national team and Deschamps continues to trust him,” Sissoko was quoted as saying.

“If he is with France today it is because he deserves it, I also spoke with Eric Abidal and he told me that he is very happy with him, that he is training very well.”
