Hello and welcome to the Premier League transfer roundup of the day! As the headline suggests, we have some very weird rumours up ahead, which you can begin reading in three, two, one…
#5 Arsenal
According to Sports Witness, Arsenal are expected to make an offer for Andrija Zivkovic in the summer. The Serbian has a €60million release clause and is contracted to his current club runs until 2021.
Meanwhile, another difficultly-named player is linked with a move to the Gunners as a report from Corriere dello Mezzogiorno via Sport Mediaset claims that Piotr Zielinski is wanted by the Gunners and has a €65million release clause in his contract.
#4 Man City get Jorginho boost
After being linked with Liverpool and Manchester United, it seems as though Jorginho might just end up with Manchester City as, according to Manchester Evening News, their local rivals United have ended their interest in the passing machine.
Meanwhile, apropos to El Chiringuito's rumour yesterday, Diario Gol state that Yerry Mina has reportedly told Barca officials that is leaving for Champions League finalists Liverpool in the summer for a season-long loan deal.
#3 Gareth Bale and David de Gea
Both of these rumours come from the same outlet. In one, Don Balon state that Gareth Bale wants to return to England and has targeted two teams: Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Meanwhile, they also report that David de Gea could leave Manchester United because he doesn't see them as a title-winning team and has an enticing offer from Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-German, which he likes.
#2 Manchester madness
There is a lot of rumours in one report from the Metro as they claim that Manchester United are planning a massive summer overhaul where the likes of Luke Shaw could leave and Danny Rose or Alex Sandro could come in along with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Fred.
Meanwhile, Don Balon believe that Jose Mourinho wants Lucas Vazquez in the summer. Liverpool are also interested in him and Madrid would be willing to sell for somewhere between £40million to £50million.
#1 Wenger wants Kane at Arsenal
Arsene Wenger spoke of Spurs' financial situation as they have spent a lot of money on their new stadium.
"There are some things that have changed. The impact of the transfers has increased a lot,” Wenger was quoted by Independent.
"The prices have gone up and the prices for the stadium have doubled. The transfers of the players have tripled or quadrupled.
"A £10million player when we built the stadium was huge. Today a guy like Kane, I don't know for much they can sell him. £100m? So they might get more supply. But they have to face it."
He also jokingly added that he wishes for Spurs to sell star player Kane to Arsenal: "Yes, to Arsenal, maybe."
