The Manager - Unai Emery (PSG to Arsenal)
Unai Emery joined Arsenal this summer. What makes this move monumental is this is the first time Arsenal will have someone other than Arsene Wenger at the helm in 22 years. Since 1996, Arsene Wenger has been managing Arsenal. After severe fan backlash over the last few years, he finally resigned from his post and Unai Emery was brought in.
Emery is former Sevilla and PSG manager. With Sevilla, Emery won the UEFA Europa League three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016. He won seven trophies in his 2 seasons with PSG including one league title. He also maintained an incredible 76.3% win rate with the Paris outfit. Overall, Emery is the most promising manager to come in the Premier League this season. Manuel Pellegrini and Maurizio Sarri also came in but Emery is a tad bit superior to them.
