PSG closing in on Lassana Diarra
PSG are looking a deep-lying playmaker in the January transfer window. Thiago Motta has been brilliant in the defensive midfield for PSG and though he has been the undisputed first choice for manager Unai Emery, the Frenchman is recovering from his knee problem and the club are looking for a back up for him.
According to SFR Sport, PSG are in advanced talks to seal a deal for Lassana Diarra. The 32-year-old French midfielder is a free agent after being released by his previous club Al-Jazira. Manchester United, AC Milan, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have all registered interest in midfielder but PSG seems to be in the pole position to sign the midfielder.
Lucas Moura to Manchester United
United are keen to improve their squad in January transfer window and are reportedly keeping tabs on the situation of Lucas Moura at PSG. The Brazilian winger has only played for 71 minutes in Ligue 1 this season.
According to Sun, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is desperate to sign the attacker in the January window. Moura knows he needs to play more to revive his chances of playing for Brazil in the World Cup, so he might push for a move.
PSG might agree to sell Goncalo Guedes
PSG signed Goncalo Guedes in the January transfer window last year. The Spanish winger found it hard to settle in life in Paris and was subsequently sent on a loan to Valencia in the summer transfer window.
The winger has impressed on loan as he has scored 3 goals in 13 appearances on loan. According to Marca, PSG are under pressure to sell players so that they can adhere to the Financial Fair Play regulations. Manchester United and Arsenal have shown interest in signing the winger.
Javier Pastore to leave PSG
Javier Pastore is a very talented player, but he is struggling to get game time at PSG. The Argentine has fallen behind the likes of Verrati, Rabiot, and Motta and lack of game time at club level can hurt his chances of making the Argentina squad for the world cup.
According to the Sempreinter, the Argentine can make a move in the January window in order to get minutes under his belt.
