Madrid, Aug 28 (IANS) English Championship team Queen’s Park Rangers have loaned Cameroon international Stephane M’bia to Spanish La Liga side Sevilla.
“M’bia will be a Sevilla player for the new season,” said a statement on Sevilla’s website Tuesday.
“The Cameronian arrives on loan for a year, with an option to buy. In case Sevilla take up their option to keep the player, the club have already agreed a deal for the next three seasons.”
The 27-year-old M’bia, who usually plays as a central back or defensive midfielder, is the 12th new signing for Sevilla in the summer. He has earned 41 international caps and scored three goals since first played for Cameroon in 2005.
