Atletico Madrid‘s star striker Radamel Falcao has confirmed his move to French Ligue 1 side and big money spenders AS Monaco via his official twitter account.
Falcao was linked with most big clubs, but Monaco have trumped everyone to the Columbian’s signature.
The transfer deal, which is said to be worth over 51 million pounds, will see the Colombian hitman join the French club for a five year contract, one which AS Monaco owner, Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, says has no buyout clause in order to keep the other big spending clubs from trying to poach him in the future.
