#3 Gabriel Jesus
Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus hasn't quite grown into the superstar that he was expected to upon his arrival in the Premier League in 2017. But he is still the third-best forward under 25 years of age in the English top-flight
Initially, he struggled to cement a spot in Manchester City's starting eleven due to the presence of Sergio Aguero. But even as Aguero's powers waned, Jesus failed to make the centre-forward spot his own with Pep Guardiola often using a false nine, relegating the Brazilian to the bench.
The 24-year-old has just once scored more than 10 goals in a Premier League season - 14 in the 2019-20 season. Despite his early struggles with form and injury, Jesus looks a rejuvenated presence this season. Jesus has made 14 appearances for Manchester City across all competitions this season, scoring four goals and assisting five.
Overall, he has scored 86 goals for Manchester City in 209 matches.
#2 Diogo Jota
When Diogo Jota joined Liverpool from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2020, few expected him to become a crucial player for Jurgen Klopp. But the Portuguese forward has exceeded all expectations already.
In his first full season for the club, the 24-year-old scored 13 goals in 30 appearances. His absence was especially felt when an injured knee kept him out of 15 Premier League matches - a period that saw the Reds lose six league matches. In the matches that he featured in, Liverpool just lost thrice.
In the ongoing season, Jota has scored five goals and assisted two in 14 appearances across all competitions for Liverpool.
#1 Marcus Rashford
At the top of our list of the best under-25 forwards in the Premier League is Manchester United's Marcus Rashford. The England international broke onto the scene in 2016, when under Louis van Gaal's management, he scored a brace each on his Premier League and Europa League debuts. That same year he also became the youngest Englishman to score on international debut.
Rashford has since grown into one of the Premier League's best forwards, and has scored 91 goals and assisted another 56 in 277 appearances for Manchester United.
He has picked up consistency recently, scoring over 10 goals in each of the last three league seasons. Rashford's best Premier League season was the 2019-20 one, when he powered in 17 goals.
A shoulder surgery kept him out of the initial phase of the 2021-22 season. But since his return, Rashford has scored thrice in six appearances for United.
