#3 Sergio Aguero - 147 Premier League games
Sergio Aguero is one of the most prolific strikers to have played in the Premier League.
During a decade-long stint in the competition, the 33-year-old notched up a hugely impressive tally of 184 goals and 55 assists in 275 games. He scored in his last game in the competition to break Wayne Rooney's record for the most Premier League goals (183) for a single club.
The five-time Premier League winner will perhaps be best-remembered for the 'Aguero moment' during the 2011-12 season. Aguero scored a dramatic injury-time winner on the final day of the season to seal Manchester City's first-ever Premier League title.
#2 Harry Kane - 141 Premier League games
Harry Kane has been a prolific goalscorer for club and country. The Euro 2020 finalist has notched up 166 Premier League goals, with all but three of them coming for Tottenham Hotspur.
Kane has scored at least 20 goals in five of his last seven Premier League campaigns. Despite his exploits, Spurs have not yet managed to win the competition.
The 28-year-old Englishman is a three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner, with his best season in the competition coming in 2017-18 (30 goals).
#1 Alan Shearer - 124 Premier League games
Alan Shearer is one of only two players in Premier League history to score over 200 goals in the competition.
The all-time Premier League top-scorer (260 goals) is more than 50 goals ahead of second-placed Rooney (208). Unsurprisingly, Shearer was also the quickest to score 100 goals in the competition.
Shearer is the only player in Premier League history to score over 100 goals in the competition for two different clubs. The 1994-95 Premier League winner scored 112 times for Blackburn Rovers and 148 times for Newcastle United during his illustrious 14-year stint in the competition.
