#3 Sadio Mane
Liverpool winger Sadio Mane is also one of the favourites to win the Premier League PFA POTY award this season. The Senegalese has put himself in a decent position to fight for the coveted award, thanks to his electrifying start this campaign.
Mane ranks high on the list of the Premier League's top scorers in 2021-22. His prolific form in front of goal has seen him record seven goals in 13 appearances. He has also bagged one assist for The Reds in the English top flight this campaign.
In addition to his numbers, the Senegalese has been a huge threat to opposition defences on the left flank. Mane has tormented them with his sheer pace and strength. He is definitely one of the few players to keep an eye on in the race for the Premier League PFA POTY award this season.
#2 Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo dominated the headlines when he left Juventus to return to Manchester United this summer. The Portuguese hit the ground running, bagging a brace against Newcastle United in his first Premier League game in over a decade.
Although his impact has waned amidst The Red Devils' poor form in recent weeks, the winger remains a strong candidate for the PFA POTY award this season.
So far, Ronaldo has recorded four goals and two assists in nine Premier League games for Manchester United this season. A great player with an unmatchable winning mentality, Ronaldo should be in the reckoning for the prestigious accolade this campaign.
#1 Mohamed Salah
Mohamed Salah is, without a doubt, the best player in the Premier League right now. The Egyptian has been a huge force to be reckoned with. He has proved to be unplayable at times, even against the meanest of defences.
The Liverpool winger is atop the goalscoring chart with 11 goals and six assists to his name in 12 appearances so far. His performances in big games have been quite impressive. He has found the back of the net against Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal in the English top flight this season.
Salah is no stranger to winning the Premier League PFA POTY award. He won it in the 2017-18 campaign, and will fancy his chances of going all the way once again this season.
