#3 Luis Suarez versus Norwich - December 4, 2013
Luis Suarez was arguably the best striker in the Premier League during his time with Liverpool. The Uruguayan produced several incredible performances in the English top flight. This includes scoring a fantastic hat-trick against Norwich City in 2013.
Suarez opened the scoring with a spectacular volley from 40 yards out in the 15th minute before doubling Liverpool's lead from close range 14 minutes later. The striker sent the Anfield crowd wild by scoring once again to complete his hat-trick before the restart.
Just when everyone thought the Uruguayan was done for the night, he stepped up and scored a direct free kick with 15 minutes left on the clock. Bradley Johnson bagged a consolation for the visitors and Raheem Sterling made it 5-1 with a late effort.
#2 Mark Viduka versus Liverpool - November 4, 2000
Elland Road was ready for a massive showdown when Leeds United and Liverpool locked horns in the Premier League on November 4, 2000. Some sloppy defending from the Peacocks allowed Liverpool to score twice in less than 20 minutes.
The Reds thought they were in for a goal fest but Mark Viduka had other ideas. The striker scored midway through the first half to give Leeds reason to believe before leveling the score shortly after the restart.
Liverpool restored their lead via a Vladimir Smicer effort in the 61st minute but Viduka canceled it out in the 73rd minute to complete his hat-trick. The striker would later have the final say on the game just two minutes later. He sent a right-footed shot into the back of the net to secure a 4-3 triumph for his team.
#1 Mohamed Salah versus Manchester United - October 24, 2021
There has been an argument in recent weeks over who the best player is in the Premier League right now between Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah. Just as the debate reached its peak, both players got the opportunity to face each other. Manchester United hosted Liverpool in the Premier League at the weekend.
While Ronaldo failed to impress, Salah grabbed the opportunity with both hands. The Egyptian produced an amazing performance that had a reverberating effect across the football world. He further stabilized his reputation as the Premier League's MVP.
After Naby Keita and Diogo Jota had put Liverpool ahead with two quick-fire goals, Salah scored twice in the first half to make it 4-0. He returned with another goal in the second half to complete his hat-trick. In the process, he became the first player to score a Premier League hat-trick against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
