#3 Pep Guardiola | Manchester City
The final piece of Manchester City's revolution was the modern day "supercoach" and the tactical thinker, Pep Guardiola. With tenures in Spain and Germany behind him, Guardiola entered English shores in 2016 with expectations to deliver, and has delivered in resounding style.
He took a season to adapt his principles of Tiki-Taka to the Premier League. Pep then proceeded to re-educate the fine principles of football with masterful positional play. He made superstars out of Raheem Sterling, Bernado Silva and most famously Ederson for his remarkable distribution skills.
So far his Manchester City team have dominated the Premier League. They have won three Championships, 4 EFL trophies and an FA Cup in monstrously assertive fashion. With Pep announcing that next season could be his last, his tenure should last close to six years, by far his longest at any club.
#2 Jurgen Klopp| Liverpool
Already a world renowned coach with Borussia Dortmund when he arrived, Jurgen Klopp has rejuvenated Liverpool football club to the heights of its former glories.
He delivered the Champions League and the Premier crown after 30 long years at the club. With his constant dedication to success and winning energy, Klopp is an era defining manager for Liverpool and the Premier League. In the six years thus far since his appointment in 2015, Klopp has spread passion and excitement through his team of immense heart and character. The likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane have developed from promising players to bonafide superstars.
The Liverpool spirit is defined not just by the magnificence of Salah, Mane and Alisson but of the neverending fighting spirit Klopp has instilled in his players. He is now at the peak of his tenure with Liverpool.
Klopp's next challenge is to ensure that he is capable of maintaining a competitive Liverpool squad into the next decade. He would like to build a dynasty with The Reds that rivals Pep's Manchester City.
#1 Sean Dyche
A pleasant surprise as the torchbearer of consistency, Sean Dyche has been at Burnley for just a year less than a decade now. Completely changing the fortunes of a modest Championship outfit, Burnley have been recognized as a Premier League constant in 2010s.
He plays a style that is the modern equivalent of the legendary Stoke City and Bolton Wanderers teams. Dyche's Burnley pose an inconvenient and uncomfortable threat to the very best in the league.
They are constantly punching above expectations to finish in the Premier League. They even launched an audacious yet short-lived venture into European competition, playing the qualifiers for the Europa League in 2018-19. They couldn't make it to the group stage though.
He did all this, with a limited budget for a fraction of the rest of the league. Sean Dyche is one of the most respected and remarkable managerial talents in Premier League history.
