#3 Paris Saint-Germain

Harry Kane and Mauricio Pochettino are two names Tottenham Hotspur fans will not forget in a hurry. The two nearly took Spurs to the pinnacle of European football in 2019.

The club reached their maiden UEFA Champions League final that year, losing 2-0 to Liverpool on the night. The next season, Pochettino was sacked following a run of poor results. It could have been one of the most successful periods in the club's history.

However, with the Argentine manager now at PSG, it opens up the possibility of Harry Kane moving to the Parisians. With Mauro Icardi more active off the pitch than he is on it and Kylian Mbappe in the thick of a transfer saga with Real Madrid, the club might need a new striker.

Harry Kane could help PSG become serious contenders for the Champions League title whilst solving their striker issues for the next few years. The Englishman could jump at the opportunity to play alongside Lionel Messi, Neymar, Angel Di Maria and Kylian Mbappe, provided the latter stays. Wages won't be a problem for him at PSG.

At the start of the season, the Parisians had emerged as serious contenders for the Englishman's services. It remains to be seen if they reignite their interest in Kane if Mbappe and Icardi leave Paris at the end of the season.

#2 Barcelona

Barcelona are one of the most decorated and successful clubs in world football. With their immense pull and purchasing power in the past, they attracted many established superstars over the years.

Stars like Ronaldinho, Deco, Thierry Henry and Samuel Eto'o joined the club and made a big impact. Considering Harry Kane is 28, he too, could arrive at Camp Nou and help the club compete for trophies again.

Barcelona as a club are hard to turn down for anybody. It would be great for Spurs if they could come up with a deal for Kane involving one of Barca's youngsters. Considering they already sold Emerson Royal to the Lilywhites last summer, the Blaugrana might be keen to do business with the Londoners.

Last year, the Blaugrana reportedly considered a summer swoop for the striker. They might rekindle that interest this summer, considering their woes up front.

#1 Manchester City

Manchester City have been the most dominant club in English football since Pep Guardiola became their manager in 2016.

They have won three Premier League titles under the Spaniard, and are the overwhelming favourites to make it four this season. City are nine points ahead of second-placed Liverpool, who have a game in hand, at the moment.

Since their star striker Sergio Aguero left the club last summer, City have struggled to find a suitable replacement. The Argentine left as City's all-time top scorer with 260 goals in all competitions. City were linked with mega moves for both Jack Grealish and Harry Kane last summer, but only signed the former for £100 million.

Considering the team are always in the mix to win trophies, the lack of a bonafide striker in their ranks could make them dive for Harry Kane once again. His arrival would also make the club a top contender for the Champions League, which has eluded Guardiola since his Barcelona days.
