#2 Crystal Palace vs Manchester United (2-3), Premier League 2017/18, Selhurst Park
Everything that transpired at the Selhurst Park that day was nothing short of Hollywood drama.
United needed a win to keep up the pressure in the battle for second position whilst Palace were still on the wrong side of the table and were desperate for three points.
Andros Townsend's strike somehow went into the net courtesy a deflection from Victor Lindelof.
Palace held their lead in the first half and earned a 2-0 cushion early in the second. United were caught napping and Patrick van Aanholt was quick to pounce and grab a goal.
A comeback was nowhere in contention at this point and the Eagles were all set to win their first Premier League game against United.
But Chris Smalling's goal off Antonia Valencia's cross raised hopes for a turnaround. Lukaku scored a marvellous goal a few minutes later, squeezing the ball into the net with four defenders converging on him.
Against all the odds, in stoppage-time, Nemanja Matic scored via a thunderous volley to break the Palace hearts.
It was a breathtaking finish from 30 yards from the Serbian and it was also his first goal for United.
