4. Ederson Moraes - Manchester City
When it comes to goalkeepers who are good with their feet, there are none better than Ederson, whose ability with the ball is almost unrivalled amongst ‘keepers. The Brazilian has become a vital part of Pep Guardiola’s side that has conquered English football, with his ability to take and distribute the ball in tight areas, and the trust his teammates have to give him the ball in any situation.
That isn’t taking anything away from his shot-stopping either, as he has proven himself to be a fine goalkeeper who has adapted well to the physicality of the Premier League. He kept 36 clean sheets throughout the past two seasons and was a vital part of City’s domestic treble-winning side last season. His next target will be to dislodge Alisson as Brazil’s number one goalkeeper, as the 26-year-old has appeared just five times for his country at senior level.
