#1 Kylian Mbappe
Paris Saint Germain signed Kylian Mbappe from AS Monaco in 2017, on transfer deadline day for a season-long loan and an obligation to buy him permanently that could be worth up to a mammoth fee of £165.1 million.
Mbappe burst onto the scene when he helped AS Monaco to the 2016-17 Ligue 1 title by scoring 15 goals in the second half of the season.
PSG captured the teenage sensation without wasting any time, although it cost them a huge amount of money, which is only second to £203.6 million they paid to Barcelona for Neymar.
At the age of 19, he has won the Ligue 1 twice and helped France to lift the World Cup as well, and he is undoubtedly a world-class player who could go on to break many records in the coming years. He is a player who could replace the Messi-Ronaldo pair as far as the Ballon d'Or is concerned in the following years.
