#3 Chelsea - €890.5 million
Chelsea are one of the most successful teams to win the Premier League title, winning five since the turn of the century.
The arrival of their billionaire owner Roman Avramovich in the early 2000s made the Blues a force to be reckoned with in England and Europe. With a spate of big-money arrivals and experienced managers, Chelsea have only grown in strength and pedigree.
The reigning Champions League holders are also the Premier League leaders after nine games this season. They have immensely benefitted from having a deep and quality roster.
Striker Romelu Lukaku (€100 million), midfielders Mason Mount (€75 million) and Kai Havertz (€70 million) and striker Timo Werner (€55 million) are their most valuable players.
Midfielders N'Golo Kante (€55 million), Jorginho (€45 million), Mateo Kovacic (€45 million), defender Antonio Rudiger (€35 million) and goalkeeper Edouard Mendy (€30 million) are Chelsea's other key players.
#2 Manchester United - €907.25 million
Manchester United have assembled a star-studded team this summer that could help the team end their near decade-long Premier League title drought.
The 13-time winners have quality all across the turf. Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes (€90 million) is their most valuable player, followed by summer arrival Jadon Sancho (€90 million), and Marcus Rashford (€85 million).
Fernandes, who arrived in the Premier League in January last year, has already tallied 50 Premier League goal contributions.
Other quality players on United's roster include centre-back Raphael Varane (€70 million), midfielder Paul Pogba (€60 million), captain and centre-back Harry Maguire (€55 million), Mason Greenwood (€50 million), and of course, Cristiano Ronaldo (€45 million).
After eight games this season, United are sixth in the Premier League table, eight points behind leaders Chelsea, but with a game in hand.
#1 Manchester City - €1.08 billion
Manchester City are the most valuable Premier League team at the moment. They have a star-studded roster brimming with quality in every position.
Perhaps fittingly, midfield metronome Kevin De Bruyne (€100 million) is the most valuable City player, as is the summer arrival, Jack Grealish (€100 million). Winger Raheem Sterling (€90 million) and young midfielder Phil Foden (€80 million) lead a group of nine City players valued at at least €50 million.
City's results in recent seasons justify their expensive acquisitions. Pep Guardiola's men have won three of the last four Premier League titles and reached their first UEFA Champions League final last season.
