#2 Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
The Chelsea talisman and skipper has been playing really well and is one of the best players in the Premier League. He has already proven his worth to the world and is still wanted by a host of clubs, including Real Madrid.
Though the fans of the west London outfit may not agree, he has already given his all for the club and is keen on fulfilling his dream of playing for Real. With that being said, he could be all set to leave England at the end of the current season, despite the fact that the Blues might receive a one-year transfer ban.
Many Pundits including the likes of Jose Mourinho have already predicted that Hazard, who joined Chelsea from Lille in 2012, could succeed at the Bernabeu, and it will be interesting to see if he indeed signs for Los Blancos at the end of the season.
