Manchester United, who topped the list last year, have fallen behind Real Madrid in the latest Forbes list of the World’s 50 Most Valuable Sports Teams.
The Spanish club, being valued at $3.3 billion, is $ 0.13 billion ahead of United.
Barcelona, having been at eighth spot last year, have risen to third spot in this list with the American baseball team New York Yankees at fourth place.
Teams from National Football League like The Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots, Washington Redskins and New York Giants occupy the remaining spots in top 10 with Arsenal, valued at $1.33 billion, hanging on to the final position.
30 of the 32 teams from NFL are in the top 50, while just three teams from the National Basketball Association have made the list.
