PSG planning a January exodus
In order to meet Financial Fair Play regulations, the Parisians need to get players off their wage books. According to Mundo Deportivo, PSG are looking to offload as many as five first-team stars in January.
The list includes big names like Julian Draxler, Angel Di Maria, Lucas Moura along with Kevin Trapp and Javier Pastore. Paris Saint Germain need to lower their salary cap after signing Neymar and Kylian Mbappe this past summer for a combined total of €400 million (Mbappe's €180 million fee is to be paid next summer).
Leicester City win battle to sign Adrien Silva
The Foxes missed out on signing Adrien Silva on deadline day after failing to submit the paperwork on time and missing the FIFA deadline by 14 seconds. This fiasco had left Silva in quite a limbo but according to the Daily Mirror, Leicester are now hoping for a positive ruling from the governing body.
A Danny Drinkwater replacement, Silva is expected to get the green light soon to join his new team members at the King Power Stadium. Leicester's lawyers have reached an agreement with FIFA which will see the Portuguese star being unveiled next week.
