Thousands of fans packed the Santiago Bernabeu stadium to greet Real Madrid's new club-record signing Eden Hazard after the forward completed his move from Chelsea.
The Spanish club agreed to smash their previous record that saw them pay 100 million euros for Gareth Bale in September 2013.
Real will pay Chelsea an initial fee of 100 million euros which could rise to 146.3 million euros with bonuses.
Hazard has signed a five-year contract and is expected to form a new front line for the club alongside another new signing Luka Jovic and Brazilian youngster Vinicius.
The 28-year-old walked around the field kicking footballs into the stands much to the delight of the 'Madristas' who will be hoping he can lead them to their first Spanish league title since 2017.
