Real Madrid's summer plans revealed
Retaining the Champions League or not, Real Madrid are expected to spend big this summer. A barren domestic run has not gone down well with Florentino Perez who is now ready to sanction a €300 million war chest for three European superstars.
The club is also looking to offload the likes of Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema this summer in order to raise some funds. Don Balon reports that Real Madrid are looking at three world class players at the moment - Mohamed Salah, Robert Lewandowski and Alisson Becker.
Los Blancos value Lewandowski at €60 million with the striker also looking to leave Bayern Munich. AS Roma's Alisson Becker is valued at close to €80 million whereas Perez believes that a €160 million plus Lucas Vazquez/Keylor Navas deal will be enough for Liverpool to let Salah go.
West Ham United want Karim Benzema
In your most bizarre transfer rumour of the day, Diario Gol has claimed that West Ham United have made an offer for the Real Madrid striker. It is reported that the Hammers have made a €40 million offer for the much-criticized Frenchman which is expected to be enough for the Spanish side.

Arsenal and Manchester United to battle it out for Dries Mertens
According to Calciomercato, Arsenal and Manchester United are monitoring the situation of Dries Mertens at Napoli. The forward has a release clause of €28 million for foreign clubs which has made Napoli worried.
The Italian giants are looking to offer Mertens a brand new deal which will include a higher release clause for the Belgian. Mertens has scored 17 league goals this season.
Roberto Mancini to be the next Italy boss
Sky Sports have revealed that Zenit St. Petersburg boss Roberto Mancini will be the next coach of the Italian national team. It is reported that Mancini recently met the Italian FA officials to finalize the deal. The job went to Mancini after Carlo Ancelotti rejected the offer to coach the national side.

Julian Nagelsmann in the frame to be the next Chelsea manager
Hoffenheim's Julian Nagelsmann is the latest man to be linked with the Chelsea hot seat. The Daily Star has tipped Nagelsmann to take over from Antonio Conte this summer.
Nagelsmann has caught the eye since he became the youngest ever manager in the Bundesliga in 2016. He is on course to guide Hoffenheim into the Champions League next season. Maurizio Sarri and Luis Enrique are the other candidates to be linked with the club.
Schalke banish Max Meyer from first-team training
Schalke 04 have banished Max Meyer from first-team training and Sky Sports understands that the German midfielder has already played his last game for the club. The decision was made by the club after Meyer accused Schalke of bullying him into signing a new contract. Arsenal and Liverpool are interested in the 22-year-old.

Chelsea enter Anthony Martial race
Manchester United forward Anthony Martial may leave the club this summer with Chelsea lurking. The Daily Telegraph has reported that Chelsea are the latest club to register their interest in the French forward who has struggled for starts this season.
Martial is reportedly evaluating his options with Juventus also making their interest known. Chelsea are looking to take advantage of United's interest in Willian to pursue a move for the Frenchman. Martial can play on the left and also as a striker.
Arsenal table a new offer for Jack Wilshere
In order to secure his future with the club, Arsenal have tabled a new offer for Jack Wilshere. The midfielder will be a free agent this summer and has so far rejected Arsenal's offer of a £90,000 per week contract.
John Cross of the Mirror has now revealed that the new Arsenal offer has proposed Wilshere a weekly wage in excess of £100,000. The Gunners hope that it will be enough to make Wilshere sign on the dotted line.

According to the Daily Star, Arsene Wenger has turned down a chance to manage PSG next season. It is reported that Wenger is looking to be the next France boss and is not interested in taking over a club.
Despite personal efforts of the PSG owner, Wenger has decided to manage his homeland next. This has made Thomas Tuchel as the favourite to take over from Unai Emery.
Rangers sack Graeme Murty
After a 5-0 loss at the hands of bitter rivals Celtic, manager Graeme Murty has been relieved from his managerial duties with three games to go. Rangers have now initiated talks with Steven Gerrard who is expected to land his first senior managing job since retirement.
