Ramos goes to war, and Koulibaly
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has reportedly gone to war with the Galacticos president Florentino Perez. The defender is reportedly not sure whether he would like to continue with the Merengues next season.
As a result, the likes of PSG and Juventus have been linked with him. This seems reminiscent of when Ramos was linked to Manchester United, only for the Spain captain to sign a new deal with the Merengues.
Back then, however, he had the support of the board, which he doesn’t now as Perez doesn’t think increasing the salary of a 33-year-old is an important thing to do.
Meanwhile, one of the players that has been linked to Madrid as a possible Ramos replacement is Kalidou Koulibaly. According to reports, Real Madrid made an £80 million bid for Koulibaly but the Italian outfit have rejected the offer.
