Alex Telles has been deemed as a potential candidate for the role after an impressing season at Porto. Signed as a replacement for Alex Sandro who moved to Juventus, Telles has made a big impact for the Portuguese outfit and is one of the best, if not the best, fullbacks in the Liga NOS.

Last season, Telles managed to record an incredible 13 assists from the full-back position and also plundered three goals. Considering the attacking talent he possesses, he could potentially be used as a left-winger as well.
