Real Madrid trying to sign Thomas Muller on a loan deal
This has been a pretty low-key transfer window for the reigning Spanish and European champions. But Real Madrid are set to change that with reports in Spain suggesting that the Madrid side is trying hard to persuade Bayern Munich to let Thomas Muller leave on a season long loan deal. The German superstar had his worst season in the Bundesliga last time round and reportedly does not feature prominently in Carlo Ancelotti's plans. Real Madrid are ready to pay a huge loan fee for the Raumdeuter with an option to sign him next summer for a fee in the region of €75 million.
FC Barcelona desperately trying to secure some deals on D-Day
The Catalans have had a shocker of a transfer window so far and with the transfer market edging towards its end, FC Barcelona are trying everything in their might to sign reinforcements. English tabloids like Daily Express and the Sun have claimed that Barcelona are going behind Mesut Ozil of Arsenal and Thomas Lemar of AS Monaco whereas Mundo Deportivo has reported that Barcelona are thinking of submitting one final €150 million straight up-front offer for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

Juventus confident of landing Emre Can next summer
Though the Bianconeri's hope to sign the German midfielder, Emre Can failed to see the light of the day this summer, Juventus are confident of luring him to Turin next summer and that too on a free transfer. Can has less than 12 months in his current Liverpool deal and as of now, the Reds have not been in contact with his representatives. Calciomercato revealed that Juventus met with Can's agent and requested the player to not sign an extension with Liverpool and join them on a Bosman transfer.
Patrick Schik elated to join AS Roma
In a club record deal, Patrick Schik, the talented Sampdoria forward, has joined AS Roma in a deal which could eventually reach €42 million. The forward joined Roma on a one-year loan amounting up to €5 million and will sign a four-year contract next summer. After penning his future with Roma, Schik said, "I'm very satisfied to be here and very happy. For me, Roma is the ideal team. I am looking forward to be fit and ready for the coming games."

Borussia Dortmund leave it late to sign Jeremy Toljan
The German giants made a huge statement on deadline day by signing highly rated, TSC Hoffenheim and Germany's future star, Jeremy Toljan. The fullback has signed a five-year contract with Borussia Dortmund and recently featured in Hoffenheim's Champions League playoff defeat against Liverpool. Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund's Felix Passlack has gone the other way and joined Hoffenheim on a two-year loan deal.
Jadon Sancho also joins Borussia Dortmund
The 17 year old English starlet, Jadon Sancho has joined the Westfalenstadion outfit yesterday. Sancho forced a move away from Manchester City and signed for Dortmund in a £10 million deal. He will wear the number 7 jersey at Dortmund which is a reflection of how highly Peter Bosz rates the teenager. Sancho will also be seen in India for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in October for the Three Lions.

Manchester City to sign Alexis Sanchez for free next summer
After being dejected by Arsenal's ineffectiveness to agree upon a deal for Alexis Sanchez on deadline day, Manchester City will now aim to sign Alexis Sanchez next summer for free. The Daily Mirror reports that a deal was close but Arsenal's failure to sign Thomas Lemar caused the deal to fall through. Pep Guardiola has been in touch with the Chilean and has assured Sanchez that his side will sign him next summer.
Ross Barkley changed his mind after having a medical at Chelsea
The Guardian has claimed that Chelsea and Everton had struck a deal for £35 million for the sale of wantaway midfielder Ross Barkley. The Englishman then underwent a medical with the Blues but soon changed his mind. Everton's major shareholder Farhan Moshiri said, "The two clubs agreed a deal of £35m, I think personal terms were agreed and, after the medical, we heard from Paul Martin, his agent, that he Barkley had changed his mind."

Leicester City confident of signing Adrien Silva
The Foxes reached an agreement with Sporting Lisbon last night for the sale of midfielder Adrien Silva for £22 million. But the BBC has reported that the move is yet to receive international clearance and is stuck in between at the moment. Silva is seen as a direct replacement for Danny Drinkwater who forced a move to Chelsea on deadline day.
Valencia close to signing Goncalo Guedes
The Mestalla outfit are reportedly close in their pursuit of Paris Saint Germain's teenage winger, Goncalo Guedes. The Portugal U-21 star is expected to join Valencia on a loan deal with PSG keen on holding onto their valuable asset in the future. Marcelino was keen on taking Guedes on board and the club hierarchy is close to giving the manager just exactly what he needs.
