What's the story?
According to the reputed media outlet Sky Sports, Serie A giants Juventus are desperately looking for a new creative player and has identified Real Madrid's Isco as their target.
According to the report, the Italian champions are keen to boost their midfield even after securing the services of Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal. The Juventus board are already planning for the next season to bolster the team and improve their midfield options.
In case you didn't know...
Isco emerges as a top target for the Serie A giants as the playmaker at his best can dismantle any defence in the world. Isco has already proved his mettle by dominating the best teams in Europe as he was a pivotal part in the Real Madrid squad which won three consecutive UEFA Champions League in the last three seasons.
While Juventus are currently unbeaten in the Serie A, they are determined to make their mark in Europe. They are keen to increase the squad depth of the current team and are likely to bring reinforcements in the imminent future.
The heart of the matter
There are a plethora of talented midfielders in Real Madrid team and it is obvious that Isco is way below in the pecking order under new boss Santiago Solari.
Despite several injuries to key players, Isco 's playing time has been limited so far. He is reportedly unhappy with his involvement with Los Blancos as he has just started only once in the last nine for his current club Real Madrid.
According to the report, Isco is open to a move out of Real Madrid and Serie A giants have already met with Isco's representatives but they will face tough competition from Manchester City.
Rumour rating: 6/10
Considering the fact that Isco is being not used to his full potential with Los Blancos, the playmaker might be willing to force a move to the Serie A giants and follow the footsteps of another Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
What's next?
With Premier League giants Manchester City already looking to secure Isco's services, Juventus board must act quickly to seal the deal. But it remains to be seen whether Juventus will be willing to meet Isco's price tag as Florentino Perez is known to be a shrewd negotiator.
