Juventus have had a pretty successful transfer window once again highlighting the excellent management of Beppe Marotta and Co. But, their biggest signing was of Gonzalo Higuain, with Argentine forward choosing to sign from rivals Napoli amongst much-expected controversy for a record fee, rumoured to be around €90.00 million. The Argentine forward had been in exceptional form last season for the Gli Azzurri in which he finished top scorer in the Serie A by scoring 36 times in 35 appearances which propelled Napoli to an automatic qualification in the UEFA Champions League.

Undoubtedly, he was their biggest performer last season and his move to arch rivals Juventus who are based in Turin hasn't gone down well with the fans. Though Higuain has stated that his decision to leave was because of club chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis, this justification hasn't helped much to calm down the angry fans who are now labeling him as a traitor.
The anger of the fans has reached an extreme level and they are now labeling him as a traitor and have burned down shirts of Higuain and have even flushed an effigy down the toilet. They now feel betrayed by the Argentine forward and it's unlikely that their anger will die down anytime soon. Higuain's transfer has also left some players fuming, Francesco Totti has criticised the player for being money oriented and has called the move a disaster.
A Pizzeria in Naples, Show Pizza has even called that they will serve a Margherita pizza at just €1 when the Argentine forward suffers his first injury at Juventus. In doing so, they'll incur huge losses, but they're willing to go for it, such is the level of disgust and anger among the fans. Higuain had an injury free 2015-16 campaign which helped Napoli come up with remarkable performances in the league only to finish second to Juventus.
The restaurant will slash the prices of a Margherita pizza down to the equivalent of Rs 75 should Higuain pick up an injury. The two clubs clash in the Juventus stadium on October 30 for the first since Higuain's controversial move to Juventus and the travelling fans from Naples are expected to give the Argentine forward a really hostile reception, one which the Argentine must be headstrong enough so as to not let it affect his game.
