Rio Gets His Agent to Do His Dirty Work For Him – “FA are Disgraceful and show a Lack of Respect”

After Rio claiming he was not bothered about the situation behind him not going to the Euros this statement from his agent proves otherwise;

“Lampard, Terry, Barry, Gerrard; all ageing but they go to the tournament. Why is Rio different? To treat a player that has captained and served his country 81 times (in this manner) is nothing short of disgraceful. Total lack of respect from Hodgson and the FA as far as I am concerned.”

As overpaid and big-headed footballers are, I expected better from Rio. Yes he’s probably right as we are now stuck with Kelly & Johnson instead of Rio and Richards, in Total Dribble’s opinion he should have kept his mouth shut.
