Part 20 of 24 of my player reviews! Rihad Mahrez joined in the summer as Manchester City's record signing, but it was a very mixed campaign for the Algerian winger. There was some highlights definitely, but he'll be hoping for considerably more game time next season. I review his 2018/19 season.
