Will Garnacho move to Saudi Pro League?

Al Hilal have reportedly set sights on signing Argentine winger Alejandro Garnacho from Cristiano Ronaldp's former club Manchester United. The Saudi Pro League side are interested in making a bid for Garnacho this summer.

As per a report by Alkass TV Sports, Al Hilal are keen on strengthening their squad and see Garnacho as the ideal pick. The Manchester United star is their latest target with Barcelona winger Raphinha also on their wishlist.

However, they are unlikely to get the Argentine this summer as he penned a new deal last season. The new contract ties him to Old Trafford until 2028 and he has admitted his love for the club. On signing the new deal, he said (via ESPN):

"When I joined this incredible club, I dreamt of achieving my debut, playing at Old Trafford, scoring my first goal and winning trophies with this badge on my chest."

Garnacho played a key role in helping Manchester United win the FA Cup by scoring in the final against Manchester City in May.

When Angel Di Maria asked Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho to stop using Cristiano Ronaldo's celebration

Angel Di Maria stated that he does not want Alejandro Garnacho to stick with Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Siuu' celebration during an interview in January. The Argentine legend wants the Manchester United star to follow Lionel Messi and replicate his celebration, telling Ole:

"The only thing I wouldn’t do is celebrate Cristiano. I would score the goal and I would do like Messi does. I’ll stick with that. He is a very fast player, he has incredible ability. He is going to gain it with experience and coming to the National Team, it is a place where you learn a lot and continue to improve. It helped me a lot to grow technically in every way, it is spectacular."

Di Maria added:

"I think he will grow with experience as well. When I was young I wanted to make the play 30 times in the game. Over the years you realise that if you do it 10, but you do it better, it’s worth it. He has a lot of future, a very big future. It depends on him, on his head, to be able to handle it. I don’t have much to say, there’s a reason he’s playing for Manchester United."

Alejandro Garnacho has admitted that Cristiano Ronaldo is his idol but is learning from national teammate Lionel Messi.
