Liverpool and Arsenal target Mohammed Kudus is ready to leave West Ham United next summer, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri. The Ghanaian forward arrived at the London Stadium in the summer of 2023 in a reported £38m deal.

Kudus enjoyed an impressive start to life in the Premier League, registering 18 goals and seven assists from 48 games across competitions. However, the 24-year-old has struggled to get going this season under new Hammers manager Julen Lopetegui.

Kudus has managed just two goals and one assist from 10 games across competitions so far. He is frustrated by the situation and is looking to take the next step in his career at the end of this campaign.

Arsenal and Liverpool are monitoring his situation closely as they plan attacking reinforcements in 2025. With Leandro Trossard's future uncertain and Gabriel Martinelli enduring a slump in form, the Gunners could turn to Kudus to share the attacking burden with Bukayo Saka.

Meanwhile, the Reds also have their eyes on the Ghanaian as they prepare for life after Mohamed Salah. The Egyptian forward's contract at Anfield expires in just over six months.

The 32-year-old is yet to agree to an extension and could consider his options next summer. Should he leave, Liverpool may turn to Kudus to take his place. West Ham United are open to the player's exit, provided his £85m release clause is triggered.

Arsenal and Liverpool are both involved in the Premier League title race this season. The Reds are at the top of the league after 11 games, with nine wins and just one defeat.

The Merseyside club have been on a roll under Arne Slot, who took over from Jurgen Klopp at Anfield this summer. The Gunners, though, are going through difficult times of late.

Arsenal were inches away from winning the Premier League last season but finished second behind Manchester City on the final day of the campaign. The north London side strengthened their squad over the summer, adding multiple new faces to an already enviable squad.

The Gunners started the season well, but have fallen out of track of late. Arsenal have one win and two defeats in their last five games in the league. They are currently fourth in the league table, nine points behind Liverpool.
