Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Bournemouth's Dean Hujisen in the summer transfer window, as per Tribal Football. In addition to the two Premier League sides, the 19-year-old is also on the transfer radar of Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid.
Dean Hujisen joined Bournemouth from Serie A giants Juventus in July 2024 for a reported transfer fee of £15 million. Since joining the Cherries, the 19-year-old has made 13 appearances across all competitions, bagging two goals.
Starting the last five Premier League matches for Andoni Iraola's side, Hujisen has helped them keep three clean sheets, two of which came against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United. Dean Hujisen also scored Bournemouth's winning goal in their 1-0 win over Tottenham on December 6.
With his consistency and work ethic, the 19-year-old Spanish defender has garnered the interest of top European clubs, out of which Manchester United, Arsenal and Real Madrid are the top three names. The two Premier League sides are plotting a move for the Spaniard in the summer.
However, Los Blancos are not sure whether Dean Hujisen will be able to make room for himself in the senior lineup immediately. He penned a six-year deal with the Premier League side and as a result, his ongoing contract with Bournemouth will expire in the summer of 2030.
Manchester United and Arsenal join the race to sign 24-year-old Bundesliga superstar: Reports
Arsenal and Manchester United have joined Chelsea and Liverpool in the race to sign Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies in the summer transfer window, as per TBR Football. The Canadian full-back's ongoing contract with the Bundesliga giants will expire in the summer of 2025.
Several reports claimed that Davies can potentially sign a contract extension with Bayern. However, neither the player nor the club has officially spoken about the topic. As a result, multiple Premier League sides are keen to sign the Canadian defender.
Arsenal are interested in signing the 24-year-old as an upgrade for Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Zinchenko. Meanwhile, Manchester United have shortlisted Alphonso Davies as a replacement for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, who have been inconsistent for the side due to injury issues.
However, the clubs will also have to compete against Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid, who have been heavily linked with Davies since last summer.
