Omar Marmoush is on the radars of multiple Premier League sides

Arsenal have reportedly moved ahead of Premier League rivals Liverpool and Chelsea in their pursuit of Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush. The Egyptian forward has had a sensational first half of the 2024-25 season in Germany's top flight, earning rave reviews from around Europe.

Marmoush has been one of Europe's most talked-about players, shining brightly for Frankfurt this season, helping them reach third place in the Bundesliga. The 25-year-old has scored 18 goals and provided 11 assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.

CaughtOffside reports that he has been on the radar of multiple English sides, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool since the start of the season. Mikel Arteta's side are now leading the race to sign Marmoush, with their interest intensified by their recent injury problems.

Arsenal find themselves in urgent need of attacking cover following injuries to Bukayo Saka and Raheem Sterling in recent weeks. They have been linked with a number of attackers, but Marmoush's numbers this season appear to have put him on top of their wishlist.

Omar Marmoush has a contract with Eintracht Frankfurt until 2027 and could be available in January for around €60 million. The forward also has interest from Chelsea, who are keen to bolster their attacking ranks in January, and Liverpool. The Reds are reportedly looking to move on from Darwin Nunez, and a move for Marmoush could depend on how they fare with that.

Sensational Mohamed Salah puts daylight between Liverpool and Arsenal, Chelsea in West Ham win

Mohamed Salah continued to impress for Liverpool as he recorded a goal and two assists to lead his side to a 5-0 win at West Ham United on Sunday. The forward has been in brilliant form this season, and he was not to be stopped at the London Stadium as his side remained on top of the standings.

Salah assisted Cody Gakpo to score his side's second in the 40th minute, showing neat footwork before laying the pass into the path of the Dutchman. He then scored their third goal just before the end of the first half and assisted Diogo Jota to score their fifth in the closing minutes. Salah has now recorded 17 goals and 13 assists in 19 league appearances this season for the Reds.

The win over West Ham takes Liverpool to 45 points at the halfway point of this season. The Reds have a nine-point gap over Arsenal in the third and a 10-point gap over Chelsea one place behind with a game in hand. They are certainly in the driver's seat for this year's league title.
