Barcelona are selling the VIP tickets to the Spotify Camp Nou to raise sufficient funds and register Dani Olmo ahead of the January transfer window, as per Mundo Deportivo. La Blaugrana's delegates made the deal in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to a Dubai-based company.
However, as per the aforementioned report, the number of VIP tickets sold by the LaLiga giants are still not enough to complete the required funds to register the former RB Leipzig midfielder. As a result, Barcelona are required to sell more tickets in the ongoing weekend to generate funds for the 26-year-old.
The club also filed a lawsuit for the extension of the registration deadline for Olmo, which was declined by the court. Apart from the former RB Leipzig star, the LaLiga giants are also looking forward to registering Pau Victor, who joined the side last summer.
The 26-year-old joined the LaLiga giants from RB Leipzig for a reported transfer fee of €57 million. He was granted a temporary resignation in the summer due to Andreas Christensen's long-term injury. However, they have to provide sufficient documents to register the Spaniard ahead of the January transfer window.
According to Spanish outlet MARCA, Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City are closely monitoring Dani Olmo's situation. In case the club fails to register the Spanish midfielder in the designated time, the Premier League sides will try to sign him in January.
Barcelona close to signing Bundesliga defender on a free transfer in summer: Reports
Hansi Flick's Barcelona are reportedly in advanced talks with Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah, as per Everything Barca. La Blaugrana are unlikely to sign any player in the January transfer window because of the ongoing financial crisis and Fair Play woes.
However, they are aiming to complete the deal with Jonathan Tah in the summer after reaching an agreement with the German midfielder before February. Manager Hansi Flick is also in favor of the signing as he has coached the 28-year-old at the German national team.
