Hansi Flick's Barcelona are considering a loan move for Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford in the winter transfer window, as per SPORT. Rashford's loan move is likely to involve an option to buy, but only if the English attacker agrees to a salary reduction.

Covering the entirety of Marcus Rashford's fee will be tough for Barcelona due to their ongoing financial struggles. The Englishman's contract with the Red Devils will expire in the summer of 2028, and he reportedly earns more than £300,000 per week, which accumulates to around £16 million per year.

As per the aforementioned report, Barcelona would be able to meet the financial demands only if Manchester United and Rashford manage to negotiate a move that suits all the parties.

A Manchester United academy product, Marcus Rashford has been a part of the club since 2005. During his time at Old Trafford, the English attacker has made 426 appearances for the senior team, bagging 138 goals and 63 assists across all competitions. He has played 24 matches for United this season, scoring seven goals and providing three assists.

However, he has missed the Red Devils' last six games across competitions. United are reportedly firm on their stance to sell the English attacker on a permanent transfer. Apart from La Blaugrana, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are also interested in signing Rashford this winter.

Real Madrid join Manchester United and Barcelona in race to sign 27-year-old attacker: Reports

Carlo Ancelotti's Real Madrid have joined Barcelona and Manchester United in the race to sign Sporting CP attacker Viktor Gyokeres, as per Sky Sports Germany. Los Blancos are keen to sign the Swedish forward as they think he meets the requirements to play as their No. 9.

Kylian Mbappe is currently playing as the central forward for Real Madrid with Endrick as the backup. However, the Frenchman has failed to live up to the expectations of the LaLiga giants, scoring 13 goals in 25 appearances across competitions.

Nevertheless, to sign the Swedish attacker, Real Madrid would have to compete against Manchester United and Barcelona. Hansi Flick sees Gyokeres as a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski. Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim had coached the Swedish attacker at Sporting and United are keen to reunite the two at Old Trafford.

His contract with the Portuguese giants will expire in the summer of 2028. Sporting are expected to demand between €60 to €70 million for Gyokeres. The 26-year-old has made 28 appearances for Sporting across all competitions this season, bagging 30 goals and six assists.
