Barcelona have reportedly put up four of their first-team players for sale on the back of their struggles with finances in LaLiga this season. La Blaugrana are prepared to part ways with the quartet of Eric Garcia, Ansu Fati, Frenkie De Jong, and Andreas Christensen this month.
A report from OkDiario has revealed that Barcelona are willing to accept offers for all four players in this month's transfer window. The Spanish giants need an urgent cash injection before the end of January after failing to register the duo of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.
Hansi Flick's side have until January 31 to register Spanish midfielder Olmo and striker Victor, both of whom were signed in the summer, for the second half of the season. The club have decided to put a number of players up for sale in a bid to raise the money to register both players.
Dutch midfielder De Jong is one of the club's captains, having been a Culer since 2019 when he joined the club from Ajax. The 27-year-old has yet to agree on a new deal with La Blaugrana, with his current one set to expire in 2026. The club wants to extract a fee for the Netherlands international this year and consider him a saleable asset this month.
Spain internationals Garcia and Fati have failed to break into the plans of Flick at the club this season, as has Christensen. LaLiga outfit Girona will be happy to sign both Garcia and Fati, with Denmark international Christensen attracting interest from multiple clubs.
