Journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo-led Al-Nassr could plot a move for Premier League star Emerson Royal. The Brazilian is expected to leave Spurs in the summer by many.
Multiple reports have stated that Emerson has already agreed a move to AC Milan. Jacobs, however, has urged fans to keep an eye on links with Al-Nassr. He said on the Last Word on Spurs podcast (via The Boot Room):
"I would also keep an eye on Saudi and Al-Nassr who are considering making an approach."
Tottenham reportedly rejected a January offer for Emerson from Al-Nassr. The Saudi Pro League club, one of the biggest clubs in the Kingdom, is looking to make a fresh approach.
Al-Alami have players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, Otavio, Aymeric Laporte, Alex Telles, and more in their ranks. Emerson could be yet another valuable addition to the team.
The 25-year-old right-back has so far made 101 appearances for the Premier League club, scoring four goals and providing two assists. Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly looking to conclude a bulk deal with middle-eastern clubs and more than one Spurs player could head there.
