According to TeamTalk, Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr are one of the clubs interested in signing West Ham United attacker Mohammed Kudus. Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) have reportedly set their sights on Kudus and have offered the Ghanaian a mega salary of £11 million per season.
The sum turns to roughly £212,000 per week. Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Ahli are the four clubs owned by PIF. Kudus has impressed during his Premier League stint and has also attracted the interest of Liverpool.
Kudus, 23, has so far made 45 appearances for the Hammers, scoring 14 goals and providing six assists. He joined the Premier League side from Ajax in 2023 and is contracted with West Ham until the end of the 2027-28 season.
The 23-year-old is also an experienced player for Ghana at the international level, scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in 34 appearances.
Al-Nassr recently had an approach turned down for Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson Moraes. Al-Alami are looking to add another Premier League star to their ranks this summer.
The team already boast players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte, and more. Kudus' potential addition could be a huge boost for the club.
Kudus' £85 million release clause is reportedly no longer valid, meaning a transfer fee would have to be discussed with West Ham. Kudus has also attracted Manchester City's interest.
Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr sign Brazilian goalkeeper
Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr have signed Brazilian goalkeeper Bento on a four-year deal, as Fabrizio Romano has confirmed. After their failed approach for Manchester City's Ederson, Al-Alami have wrapped up the signature of another Brazilian custodian.
Bento, 25, arrives from the Brazilian club Athletico Paranaense. He made 164 appearances for the club, keeping 59 clean sheets. Bento is also a Brazil international with two caps for the Selecaos under his belt.
Bento has signed a €18 million package with the Knights of Najd. Luis Castro's team look to bolster their ranks after losing the Saudi Pro League trophy to an exceptional Al-Hilal side in 2023-24.
