Liverpool handed a major fitness boost.

Liverpool have been handed a major fitness boost, with young full-back Conor Bradley set to return to action. As reported by LFC Transfer Room on X via Chris Bascombe, the 21-year-old is set to be back from injury in January.

Bradley has been out with a hamstring injury since November 27, 2024 and has missed 10 games across competitions. The Northern Ireland skipper was taken off in the 87th minute in Liverpool's 2-0 win against Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Conor Bradley stepped up last season in the absence of Trent Alexander-Arnold when the latter was out with an injury. He made 23 appearances across competitions last time out scoring once and turning provider on six occasions.

He has featured 12 times across competitions this season and has provided one assist. However, he has started just four games this campaign mostly while Alexander-Arnold was injured.

Bradley has impressed almost every time he has been called up by the Merseyside giants whether under Jurgen Klopp or Arne Slot. According to many, he is somewhat unlucky to have come through the ranks when Liverpool already have Alexander-Arnold.

While Bradley is young and is extremely gifted as a full-back, his injury record is somewhat concerning. Since last season, he has already missed 41 games for club and country with injuries.

The Northern Irishman could, however, become Liverpool's first-choice right-back next season, with Alexander-Arnold's future up in the air. The 26-year-old has his current deal at Anfield expiring this summer and has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Liverpool target opens up on interest from European giants

Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush has opened up on interest from top European clubs like Liverpool, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The Egypt international has admitted that he feels honored to be linked with some of the biggest clubs in Europe.

Marmoush has been one of the best players in Europe this season having produced 18 goals and 12 assists in 24 games across competitions. Quite naturally, he has attracted interest from several big clubs from across the continent. While being asked regarding interest in his services, the 25-year-old said, as quoted by TBR Football:

"Of course, you hear about it in passing. I’m honored that people are talking about me. That shows that I’m obviously doing a good job. But it doesn’t concern me at all in my day-to-day life. My focus is solely on Eintracht Frankfurt and on being successful here."

He added:

“There’s always a lot of speculation on the outside. But I don’t actually have a particular dream goal. What I can promise the fans is that I will give my all for Eintracht in every game. I am not thinking about a transfer. I am living in the here and now and enjoying my time in Frankfurt.”

The Eintracht Frankfurt striker concluded:

“I feel very comfortable here. Eintracht believed in me and put their trust in me. I want to repay that trust with good performances and goals. What happens in the distant future, however, doesn’t interest me. I want to continue to do my best so that at the end of the season we can say as a team: We have achieved something big."

Marmoush joined Eintracht Frankfurt from VfL Wolfsburg on a free transfer in the summer of 2023. The Liverpool target has scored 35 goals and provided 18 assists in 65 appearances for the Bundesliga side till date.
