Gibbs-White has been excellent for Nottingham Forest since his then-club record £25 million move in 2022. The versatile midfielder has made 95 appearances for the Garibaldis so far having scored 14 goals and provided 21 assists.

Nottingham Forest have been a surprise package this season under Nuno Espirito Santo, finding themselves third in the Premier League table. Gibbs-White has been exceptional for them this campaign with three goals and three assists in 15 games.

Gibbs-White is reportedly not among the highest earners at Nottingham Forest, with the number 10 reportedly earning around £60,000 per week. The highest earner at the City Ground is Chris Wood who is on £100,000-a-week deal, as per the aforementioned report.

The 24-year-old's current deal expires in 2027 which means that they could be willing to cash in on their star midfielder this summer. Apart from Liverpool, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, and Manchester City are also believed to be monitoring the Englishman's progress.

Nottingham Forest reportedly value the midfielder considerably higher than £47.5 million, a fee they received for Brennan Johnson from Tottenham Hotspur. However, they might have to lower their expectations if they don't sell the former Wolverhampton Wanderers playmaker this summer.

Gibbs-White is predominantly a number 10 but can also play a deeper role and even on the flanks. He has also played as a striker for a considerable period and his physicality coupled with his technical prowess make him a coveted player.
